OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK WITH METERING FAUCET IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AREA PROVIDES WATER ONLY FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 SECONDS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE MAIN KITCHEN AREA HANDWASHING SINK FAUCET TO PROVIDE WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET AND MAINTAIN.
