Found a large container of cooked beans held in walk-in cooler with internal temp of 51.3f, beans held in walk-in cooler from a day before. Instructed manager to cool down hot TCS foods with the required time frame and hold at 41f or lower. Priority violation 7-38-005. Beans discarded valued at $10.
