NOTED BASEMENT WHERE DRY STORAGE AND OTHER FACILITY EQUIPMENT ARE STORED WITH EXCESSIVE CLUTTER AND ITEMS STORED DIRECTLY ON FLOORS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN, ORGANIZE, AND ELEVATE ALL ITEMS AT LEAST 6 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR.

INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO LABEL ALL BULK CONTAINERS WITH COMMON NAMES FOR EASE OF IDENTIFICATION. 47)OBSERVED THE OPENING OF THE DEEP FRYERS WITH A BUILD-UP OF GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND INSECT HARBORING. 49)MUST CLEAN GREASE AND FOOD DEBRIS BUILD UP ON GRILL TABLE, SHELVING UNITS, ROLLING CARTS, WHEEL BASES OF EQUIPMENT, FRYER CABINETS, PIPES OF COOKING EQUIPMENT. 49)OBSERVED THE FOOD DEBRIS BUILD AND GRIME ON THE INTERIORS OF ALL COLD HOLD UNITS IN THE FACILITY. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN. 55) OBSERVED A BUILD-UP OF GREASE, DIRT, AND DEBRIS ON THE FLOOR OF THE FOOD SERVICE AREA UNDER AND AROUND ALL COOKING AND NON-COOKING EQUIPMENT. OBSERVED A BUILD-UP OF DIRT ON THE FLOOR IN THE REAR WHERE THE THREE-COMPARTMENT SINK IS LOCATED, AS WELL AS IN THE TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
