ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED FALLEN HAND WASHING SIGNAGE IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REATTACH TO WALL.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

OBSERVED A GAP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FRONT ENTRY DOORS (GASKET COMING APART) INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE PEST AND OR INSECT ACTIVITY.
