ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGN AT HAND WASHING SINK ADJACENT TO WASHROOM AND IN BEVERAGE AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE HAND WASHIHNG SIGNS AT ALL HAND WASHING SINKS USED BY EMPLOYEES.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
