OBSERVED NO HAND WASHING SIGN AVAILABLE AT THE HAND WASHING SINK IN THE REAR PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE HAND WASHING SIGN INSTRUCTING EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS AT THE HAND SINK.
