OBSERVED 4 RAT DROPPINGS AND APPROXIMATELY 25 OR MORE MICE DROPPINGS ON SITE. THE RAT DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE LOWER CABINET UNDER THE COUNTERTOP IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA. THE MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: IN THE LOWER CABINET UNDER THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE REAR FOOD PREP AREA, ON THE FLOOR THROUGHOUT THE ELECTRICAL CLOSETS ACROSS FROM THE FOOD PREP AREA, AND ON THE FLOOR IN THE LAUNDRY AREA IN THE CHILDREN'S TOILET ROOM NEAR THE FOOD PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RODENT DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED
