OBSERVED TEN LARGE FLIES AND TEN SMALL FLIES THROUGHOUT FACILITY. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE RAT, LARGE FLY AND SMALL FLY ACTIVITY. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE RAT DROPPINGS AND CLEAN AFFECTED AREAS.
