PER CODE 8-402.20 IF A PERSON DENIES ACCESS TO THE DEPARTMENT, THE DEPARTMENT SHALL INFORM THE PERSON THE LICENSE HOLDER IS REQUIRED TO ALLOW ACCESS TO THE DEPARTMENT AS SPECIFIED UNDER SECTION 8-402.11. SUSPEND THE LICENSE OF THE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAW.
