OBSERVED MULTIPLE HOLES THROUGHOUT CEILIUNG PANELS IN FRONT OF ESTABLISHMENT. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO REPAIR/REPLACE CEILING PANELS AND MAINTAIN.
