OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK INACCESSIBLE AT THE PREP/DISHWASHING AREA IN OPERABLE DUE TO IT LEAKING WHEN IN USE. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(c)
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
