ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
TIMED FAUCET NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT LEFT SINK IN GIRLS FIRST FLOOR WASHROOM. WATER MUST RUN CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE REACTIVATING FAUCET.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
