PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES
OSBERVED NO HOT WATER AT RIGHT SIN IN BOYS FIRST FLOR WASHROOM AND LEFT SIN IN BOYS SECOND FLOOR WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REPAIR AND MAINTAIN.

OBSERVED TIMED FAUCETS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY AT LEFT SINK IN FIRST AND SECOND FLOOR GIRLS WASHROOMS. WATER MUST RUN CONTINUOUSLY FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS BEFORE REACTIVATING FAUCET.
