OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 40 MICE DROPPINGS AND 1 LIVE ROACH OBSERVED ON SITE DURING THE INSPECTION. MICE DROPPINGS WERE OBSERVED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE COUNTER TOPS SURROUNDING THE HANDWASHING SINK AND CONTAINERS OF DRY GOODS IN THE FOOD PREP/DISHWASHING AREA, INSIDE OF A CLOTH BIN WITH TOWELS INSIDE IN THE PREP AREA, AND ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE STAINLESS STEEL REFRIGERATOR. ALSO, FOUND THE INSIDE THE SAFARI ROOM ON THE FLOOR: NEAR THE COTS AND IN THE DRAMATIC PLAY CENTER. ALSO, FOUND IN THE GREEN ROOM BEHIND THE AIR PURIFIER. THE ROACH WAS FOUND ON THE WALL OUTSIDE OF THE PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, ELIMINATE ROACH ACTIVITY, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS. RECOMMEND CONTACTING PEST CONTROL. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED.
