THE EXTERIOR DIGITAL THERMOMETER MUST REFLECT ACCURATE TEMPERATURE FOR THE FINAL RINSE ON THE MACHINE. THE MACHINE WAS NOT IN USE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
