INSTRUCTED TO DISCARD ALL TCS FOODS AND NOT USE REACH IN COOLER. UNTIL IT MAINTAINS A COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF 41F OR BELOW AND IS RE-INSPECTED BY THE CHICAGO DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH.
