OBSERVED PEST ACTIVITY (MICE) IN THE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA: NOTED 30 MICE DROPPINGS SCATTERD ON THE FLOOR IN 2 CORNERS OF THE DINING AREA (1)ACROSS FROM THE SERVING LINE AND (2)NEXT TO UNUSED LUNCH TABLE TO THE RIGHT BY WINDOWS. NOTED 15 MICE DROPPINGS IN THE STAFF WASH ROOM. MUST REMOVE AND DETAIL CLEAN ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-020(A).
