OBSERVED THE BOY TOILET ROOM CLOSEST TO THE FOOD PREP AREA NOT MEETING COMPLIANCE WITH THE HOT WATER TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT. TEMPERATURE OF WATER WAS 69.2F AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED ALL TO RESTORE HOT WATER IN MENTIONED TOILET ROOM AND MAINTAIN.
