MUST PROVIDE A MINIMUM COLD HOLDING TEMPERATURE OF 41F OR BELOW. MANAGER VOLUNTARILY DISCARDS 20 GALLONS OF MILK AND 2 QUARTS OF SOUR CREAM. PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
