OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 RODENT (MICE) DROPPINGS ALONG THE WALLS IN THE FRONT PREP AREA, APPROXIMATELY 25 DROPPINGS ALONG THE WALLS IN THE REAR STORAGE AREA NEAR EXIT, AND APPROXIMATELY 15 DROPPINGS UNDER SHELVES NEAR REAR MOP SINK AREA. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO REMOVE ITEMS CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND TO MAINTAIN. RECOMMEND TO CONTACT LICENSED PEST CONTROL COMPANY FOR SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
