NOTED FOOD CONTAINERS STORED ON FLOOR INSIDE THE WALK-IN COOLER/FREEZER. MUST PROVIDE PROPER, RAISED SHELVING TO STORE FOOD CONTAINERS 6" OFF FLOOR.
