OBSERVED ONE (1) OF TWO (2) TOILETS IN THE SOUTH EASTERN MOST BATHROOM IN THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE FACILITY TO BE BLOCKED OFF FROM USE DUE TO A LEAK OF WATER FROM THE BASE. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE TOILET AND MAINTAIN IN GOOD REPAIR.
