OBSERVED PREMISES WITHOUT ANY WORKING COLD-HOLDING EQUIPMENT NOR REFRIGERATION. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE ALL REFRIGERATION ON AND ABLE TO MAINTAIN PROPER TEMPERATURE OF 41F AND BELOW AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION #7-38-005.
