OBSERVED NO PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK ON SITE SHOWING INSPECTION WITHIN 12 MONTHS. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE TO OBTAIN LICENSE PEST CONTROL SERVICE AND RETAIN DOCUMENTATION OF SERVICE ON SITE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(C).
