METERED HANDWASHING SINKS IN THE KITCHEN PREP/DISHWASHING AREAS OBSERVED TO BE RUNNING LESS THAN 15 SECONDS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR METERED FAUCETS TO RUN AT LEAST FOR 15 SECONDS TO ALLOW FOR PROPER HANDWASHING.
