8-404.13 (B:3) FOUND CONTINUED NON- COMPLIANCE FROM INSPECTION REPORT # 2576849 CONDUCTED ON 6/6/23. THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION WAS NOT CORRECTED: FOUND RESIDENTIAL DISH MACHINE IN ALL 3 PREP AREAS (WEST BUILDING, AND EAST BUILDING). INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE COMMERCIAL DISH MACHINE. A WAREWASHING MACHINE SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE THAT INDICATES THE TEMPERATURE OF THE WATER IN EACH WASH AND RINSES TANK AND AS THE WATER ENTERS THE HOT WATER SANITIZING FINAL RINSE MANIFOLD OR IN THE CHEMICAL SANITIZING SOLUTION TANK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. 7-38-005. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO COMPLY . PRIORITY VIOLATION. 7-42-090. CITATION ISSUED.
