OBSERVED THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE BASEMENT DISH WASHING AREA, THE UPSTAIRS FRONT BAR AREA, AND THE PIZZA PREP AREA TO BE WITHOUT A SIGN INDICATING EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS PRIOR TO RETURNING TO WORK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO PROVIDE SIGNAGE AT EACH HAND SINK.
