5-202.12 (B-D) OBSERVED HANDSINK FAUCET IN THIRD FLOOR UNISEX WASHROOM WITH HOT WATER RUNNING LESS THAN 15 SECONDS. INSTRUCTED TO INCREASE TIMER OF HOT WATER TO ENSURE FAUCET IS PROVIDING A FLOW OF WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS WITHOUT THE NEED TO REACTIVATE THE FAUCET.
