Found several TCS food items held at improper temperatures: 4 lbs of cooked lentils at 55.4°F, 6 lbs of cooked chicken at 54.2°F, 4 lbs of soft cheese at 52.6°F, 7 lbs of cooked potatoes at 55.8°F, and 3 lbs of cooked lamb at 53.4°F. All food items stored in the first-floor kitchen prep cooler are instructed to hold all cold TCS foods at 41°F or lower. Food discarded valued at $150. priority violation 7-38-005.
