6-301.11 OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING CLEANSER IN THE BOY'S TOILET ROOM AND STAFF'S TOILET ROOM LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR OF THE MAIN BUILDING AND A NON-FUNCTIONING HANDWASHING CLEANSER DISPENSER IN THE 2ND FLOOR BOY'S TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING CLEANSER IN ALL TOILET ROOMS AT ALL TIMES. EMPLOYEE PROVIDED HANDWASHING CLEANSER DURING THE INSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-030(A).
