OBSERVED A GAP AT THE BOTTOM DOOR IN THE REAR FOOD SERVICE AREA LEFT OF THE WALK IN COOLING UNIT. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL AND MAINTAIN AS A MEANS OF PREVENTING POSSIBLE INSECT ENTERING AND HARBORING.

A SIGN OR POSTER THAT NOTIFIES FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS IS NOT PROVIDED AT RESTROOM AND KITCHEN PREP-LINE HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES. PROVIDE A CLEARLY VISIBLE HANDWASHING SIGN AT EACH HAND SINK.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
