OBSERVED SIDE DOOR TO FACILITY OPEN AS WELL AS EXIT DOOR ATTACHED TO PREP AREA OPEN DURING TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTRUCTED TO PROTECT OUTER OPENINGS IN ORDER TO PREVENT PEST ENTRY. MUST MAINTAIN
