OBSERVED PROTECTIVE LINING STILL ON SOME OF THE COOKING AND NON COOKING EQUIPMENT IN THE MAIN KITCHEN AREA AND BAR AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE AS A MEANS OF BEING ABLE MAKE SURFACES EASY TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.

INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL AREAS.
