OBSERVED IMPROPER HANDWASHING PROCEDURE. OBSERVED TWO FOOD HANDLERS WASH THEIR HANDS WITHOUT SOAP IN THE FRONT FOOD PREP/DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED HANDS MUST BE WASHED WITH SOAP AND DRIED WITH AN APPOPRIATE HAND DRYING PROVISION. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-010, CITATION ISSUED
