OBSERVED ICE MACHINE LID OFF HINGES AND IN POOR REPAIR IN THE DRIVE-THRU AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR OR REPLACE ICE MACHINE LID AND MAINTAIN ALL EQUIPMENT IN GOOD REPAIR AND PROPER ADJUSTMENT.

OBSERVED PAPER ICE CREAM CUP INSTALLED AS A SPLASH CATCH AT THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK FLOOR DRAIN. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE PAPER CUP AND REPLACE WITH APPROVED PLUMBING FIXTURE THAT IS EASILY-CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING FIXTURES EASILY-CLEANABLE.
