MANAGER DISCARDED 1 BLUEBERRY MUFFIN ($3) INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO MINIMIZE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
