OBSERVED 2 LIVE ROACHES ON PREP AREA FLOOR. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST REMOVE ALL ROACH ACTIVITY ON PREMISES BY DATE OF REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A). ADVISED TO CALL PEST CONTROL OPERATOR FOR SERVICE.
