ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SINKS PROPERLY SUPPLIED AND ACCESSIBLE
OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNS OR POSTERS NEAR EXPOSED HAND WASHING IN FRONT BAR AREA AND HANDWASHING SINKS INSIDE BOTH WASHROOMS. MUST PROVIDE HAND WASHING SIGNS OR POSTERS AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
