OBSERVED HAND WASHING SINK NOT ACCESSIBLE HAND WASHING SINK TURNED OFF IN REAR DUE TO WATER BEING DISPOSED TO FLOOR WHEN SINK IS TURNED ON. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE HAND WASHING SINK IS ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C) CITATION ISSUED.
