PLUMBING INSTALLED; PROPER BACKFLOW DEVICES
OBSERVED THE FRONT BAR NEAR THE MAIN ENTRANCE TO HAVE A SIGNIFICANT LEAK FROM THE DRAIN PIPE OF THE HAND SINK. WATER LEAKING ONTO THE FLOOR, BUT HAND SINK IS STILL FUNCTIONAL. OBSERVED LEAKING BASE OF FAUCET WHEN WATER IS TURNED ON FROM SCRAPE SINK NEXT TO THE DISH MACHINE IN REAR DISH AREA. OBSERVED THE 4 COMPARTMENT SINK IN THE LARGE BAR AREA TO HAVE HANDLES OF THE FAUCET THAT ARE LEAKING FROM BOTH HANDLES WHEN EITHER WATER IS TURNED ON. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO SERVICE MULTIPLE LEAKS THROUGHOUT FACILITY AND MAINTAIN ALL PLUMBING IN GOOD REPAIR.

OBSERVED BLACK DIRT BUILD UP INSIDE ICE MACHINE DRIPPING INTO ICE, ICE USED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. INSTRUCTED MANAGER MUST CLEAN INTERIOR OF ICE MACHINE BY DATE OF REINSPECTION. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-005. ALL ICE INSIDE ICE MACHINE VOLUNTARILY DISCARDED.
