OBSERVED OPEN COFFEE CUP WITHOUT A LID STORED ON PREP TABLE WHERE FOOD EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING LIMES. INSTRUCTED TO STORE PERSONAL ITEMS AWAY FROM PREP AREAS AND CLEAN EQUIPMENT/UTENSILS.
