OBSERVED UNFINISHED WOOD ON THE SHELVING AND BACK OF SHELVING UNITS IN THE FRONT PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED THE PERSON IN CHARGE TO FINISH THE WOOD ON THE SHELVING UNITS AND BACK OF SHELVING UNITS IN THE FRONT PREP AREA TO BE EASILY CLEANABLE AND MAINTAIN.
