THE DOOR LEADING TO THE PARKING LOT IS NOT RODENT/INSECT PROOFED. A 1/2" GAP NOTED UNDERNEATH THE LEFT OUTER DOOR (INSIDE FACING DOOR). 1/2" GAP IN BETWEEN THE INNER DOUBLE DOORS. INSTRUCTED TO RODENT/INSECT PROOF DOORS AND MAINTAIN.

OBSERVED THE RIGHT WASHBOWL IN THE WOMEN'S/STAFF TOILET ROOM WITH NO RUNNING WATER. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN.
