OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK BLOCKED BY SEVERAL DISHES AS WELL AS FOOD PREP TABLE. DISHES WERE STORED IN SAID HAND WASHING SINK AND TABLE BLOCKED PATH TO HAND WASHING SINK. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE HAND WASHING SINK IS ACCESSIBLE AT ALL TIMES. MANAGER UNBLOCKED HAND WASHING SINK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-030(C). CITATION ISSUED.
