6-501.111 OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY. OBSERVED ABOUT 25 RODENT DROPPINGS LOCATED UNDER THE COOKING EQUIPMENT, UNDER THE 3-COMPARTMENT SINK, INSIDE OF THE FRYER, AND IN BETWEEN THE REFRIGERATOR AND THE PREP TABLE. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE RODENT ACTIVITY, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS, AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION 7-38-020(A).
