OBSERVED NO HANDWASHING SIGNAGE AT HANDWASHING SINKS IN PREP AREA. INSTRUCTED TO POST CLEARLY VISIBLE SIGNAGE THAT NOTIFIES FOOD EMPLOYEES TO WASH THEIR HANDS AT ALL HANDWASHING SINKS USED BY FOOD EMPLOYEES.
