OBSERVED NO HOT WATER AT 3RD FLOOR TEACHERS' WASHROOM. INSTRUCTED PERSON IN CHARGE HOT WATER AT ALL HAND-WASHING SINKS MUST BE AT LEAST 100F.PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-030(C). NO CITATION ISSUED.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
