OBSERVED METERED HAND WASHING SINKS IN THE GIRL'S BATHROOM ON THE 5TH FLOOR RUNNING LESS THAN 15 SECS. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SO THAT SINKS RUNS FOR AT LEAST 15 SECONDS FOR PROPER HANDWASHING.
