OBSERVED NO PAPER TOWELS IN THE WASHROOM AT HAND SINK AS REQUIRED. MANGER SUPPLIED PAPER TOWEL AT THE HAND SINK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION CITATION ISSUED #7-38-030(C).
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
