NO HAND DRYING PROVISION AT EITHER HANDWASH SINKS IN PREP/WAREWASHING AREAS. INSTD TO PROVIDE AT ALL TIMES. PAPER TOWELS PROVIDED DURING INSPECTION AT REQUEST OF SANITARIAN. CITAION ISSUED 7-38-030(C) PRIORITY FOUNDATION
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
